The back half of the lot was thick with Ashe juniper, dead hackberry and 14 old stumps. The owners wanted the space back without losing their healthy oaks.

A six-person crew cleared the brush with a skid steer and chipper over three days. The healthy oaks were marked and protected, and every stump was ground 8 inches below grade.
03
All brush was chipped and hauled, the grindings were raked out and the ground was levelled and ready for sod.
